At the same time the concepts of Globalisation, Virtualisation and Collaboration are increasingly enabled by the pervasiveness of the Internet, changing the very nature of work itself.
This session will review the status of the Internet, the challenges and opportunities ahead and what they mean for consumers and citizens. It will also explore how organisations of any size can start to leverage the benefits of pervasive Internet technology both inside and outside the boundaries of the organisation to deliver dramatic improvements in productivity and customer/citizen engagement.
