Biography
Chris Elliott is responsible for ICT, Procurement, Business Improvement at Staffordshire Moorlands District Council and High Peak Borough Council and for delivering joint improved service delivery and efficiency savings from the Strategic Alliance between the two Councils.
He worked for 16 years in the private sector for a large blue-chip multi-national manufacturer with stints working throughout Europe. Chris spent the first 10 years of his career in IT before moving on to become a manufacturing based project manager specialising in simulation and efficiency management. Chris then became a Purchasing Manager before moving to Staffordshire Moorlands in 2002.
